GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS |

These coatings are manufactured with PTFE / PFA / FEP materials. These are water-based coatings. |

PRETREATMENT OF SUBSTRATE |

Sand Blasting is best pretreatment for these types of the coating. Chemical etching, Zinc phosphating, Chromatizing, Zinc plating, is also recommended depending on the substrate. |

APPLICATION METHOD |

These coatings can be sprayed with conventional, HVLP manual or automatic spray guns. |

These are applicable wherever excellent non-stick properties with corrosion resistance is required. Specially corrosion resistance is very high in case of FEP clear topcoats. |
