GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS |
| |
These coatings are manufactured with PTFE and high corrosion resistance polymer. These are solvent-based coatings. These coatings are specially developed for all kind of chemical resistance; anticorrosive and dry film lubricity application. |

PRETREATMENT OF SUBSTRATE |
| |
Sand Blasting is best pretreatment for these types of the coating. Chemical etching, Zinc phosphating, Chromatizing, Zinc plating, is also recommended depending on the substrate. |

APPLICATION METHOD |

These coatings can be sprayed with conventional, HVLP manual or automatic spray guns. |
