GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS |

These coatings are manufactured with PTFE / PFA / FEP materials . These are water based coatings. These are FDA approved coatings , which can be applied for equipments of food Industries. |

PRETREATMENT OF SUBSTRATE |

The food industry equipments are mainly manufactured out of MS, Al, SS . These surface are recommended to be sand blasted for the best adhesion of our coatings. In few cases chemical etching, can be done. |

APPLICATION METHOD |

The coatings can be sprayed with conventional, HVLP manual or automatic spray guns . |
